Hi, I'm Hillery!

I'm here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. I'll find you homes within your price range, find you buyers, assist you with all paperwork, and negotiate on your behalf! I pride myself on communication and negotiating.


I was a special education teacher for 5 years before starting my real estate career. I love meeting and helping people, but really wanted more time with my 3 children. So, I became a realtor! I have learned teaching and real estate go hand in hand.

I run a comparative market analysis looking at homes that have sold in the last 30-90 days that are similar to your home. Based on that data I give a suggested sale price. 

    I'll create a net sheet so you are prepared for your closing costs and see how much you'll profit from the sale of your home! 

    At the set appointment I'll take you step by step how to prepare your home, what to expect from showings, when to host an open house if you'd like one, etc.
